We provide quotations for building projects free of charge, and although we cannot guarantee to be the cheapest we do aim to be the best value. All our works are carried out by competent, qualified, experienced professionals using safe working practices to HSE guidelines. Our work is fully guaranteed and we are members of the National Federation of Builders enabling us to provide an insurance backed warranty. We welcome visits from architects, surveyors or other building professionals at any stage of the works, however if you are yet to engage one we would be happy to recommend some of our partners.
Getting things right from the start paves the way for a smooth successful build, so our quotations provide clear detailed descriptions of precisely what we will be providing, how we will be achieving it, and how much we will be charging. Additionally we are happy to prepare and administrate a Contract for Minor Building Works in order to provide further reassurance.

Best value is not necessarily achieved through awarding contracts to pre-qualified contractors who have procured via an invitation to tender, nor through using trusted companies with long-standing relationships and reputations. We are an energetic and relatively new company with everything to prove. Our strengths lie in being able to think outside the box and we are asking you to do the same.
Our staff have 25 years of Project Management experience on commercial projects up to 1.5million. We are interested in tendering for any high-profile, unusual or environmental project up to £800,000. We will happily and proactively co-operate with any investigation necessary however deep, in order to prove our credibility towards securing procurement.
